Dept: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Sales Manager – Sales & Business Development

Direct Reports: No direct repartees

Working Hours: Shifts in 24/7 work environment.



Key Responsibilities:
v Prospecting new customers for selling Car Accessories.
v Evaluate opportunities to maximize business growth for the unit.
v Set and monitor clear objectives to achieve the agreed Sales Targets
for the unit.

v Identify needs and goals of the customer.
v Ensure collection of payments & reference business



Qualification/ Work Experience
v Excellent communication skills,
v Pleasant, attractive & appealing personality
v Should know how to evaluate people
v Should have own conveyance
v Should be open for travelling and field work
v Exp. from auto industry
v Graduate / Post Graduate from the recognized universities / colleges
v 1.5 -3 years experience in corporate sales



Salary (CTC)

Salary Range 1.80 LPA – 3 LPA + Incentives

(Depending on experience and current CTC)
