1-HR / Finance / Accounts –Winter Internship Training (Seats :5)

Duration: 2 Months (Stipend based)

The candidates would be put through an inhouse HR / Accounts Internship training program. There would a 8 weeks internship period after which the students would be asked to submit a project report and get interrnship completion certificate. The chosen functional areas of work are Accounts & HR. Internship is for a period of 8 weeks and a nominal stipend is also provided to candidates to take care of the conveyance and fooding costs.
After training deserving Candidate may be absorbed in our company as per their performance during the internship period. Salary is negotiable and based on performance and capability of the candidate.

1-5 Years of Experience in IT, BPO, Telecoms and Service Industry Recruitments. Must be familiar with the Recruitment Process, Temp Staffing and the RPO Model, Should have handled Pay Roll Management in both Permanent and Contract Staffing activities in good Organizations. Preferred from Recruitment Consulting firms or Staffing companies or RPOs.

3-HR Generalist (Male/Female) Posts : 5 Location : Delhi/NCR
1-5 Years of Experience in handling HR Systems, Processes and Practices in Companies, must be strong in atleast 1 area of Core HR, like Performance Appraisal, Compensation & Benefits, HR Helpdesk, Pay Roll Calculations etc. Preferred from HR Departments of Service Industries or Hi-tech Industries or Consulting firms.

1-5 Years of Experience in co-ordinating, facilitating and administering Inhouse Training for Corporates and Open House/Public Workshops. Good familiarity with Training Needs Identification and Training Program Assessments is a must. We are looking for bright, smart and motivated individuals B Com Graduates or CA Inter qualified with good communication skills.With at least 0 to 5 year of work experience & good working knowledge of Tally, Accounts Finalisation, Ledger Review, Income Tax Returns Prepration & Filing, ROC Filing etc. Good academics would be a pre requisite for this vacancy.
